A Legal Access Plan is an arrangement where in exchange for a nominal annual fee; an individual client (the plan member) can receive certain legal services at no additional cost. The basic covered services include telephone advice, simple legal document review, and letters written by one of the plan attorneys. In addition to the plans covered benefits, listed benefits are included at significantly reduced fees. Services are limited to legal matters covered by the plan.
